Carbondale Unitarian Fellowship and the Illinois Humanities are bringing Ted Williams III to Carbondale to give a talk is designed to change the way we discuss politics. Ted Williams IIl shares stories of both positive and negative interactions and argues that simple changes in the way we speak will have a significant impact. We may realize the commonality of our aspirations and a commitment to respectful pluralism provides us all with a space to co-exist. Ted’s rich, dynamic presentations are something to experience!
